New Season, New Trends!

While most of us don't have the money to just throw out our old sandals after a season is over, there are some shoe-wear that I will gag all over if I witness them this season.
1. GLADIATORS. so 2008. This season is about disco-glam, not boho-chic.
Typed Gladiator sandals into Google images, and this was what came up. POINT PROVEN. Get rid of your gladiators, girls!
Instead, opt for something simple with a single strap like these House of Harlow flats.
2.  I hope none of you sank into the strange-heel craze of yesteryear. While I do look at these shoes as art, they are meant for the runway not the sidewalk.

When it comes to heels, this spring/summer season is all about the wedges. If you want to be extra fashion-forward, fuse the wedge with a tie-up base, like these open-toed Rag and Bones that I need to buy when I go home to NYC for a shopaholic spring break.
3. Feathered heels. While these were pretty popular on the red carpet this year, they're now being traded in for a more civilian look embodied in neon reptile skins.

Try these Brian Atwood python platform slingbacks with a LBD, and you're set for a night on the town - whether that be in Cabo or New York.
Enjoy your spring break ladies!
