David Yurman: Simple, Beautiful

Rings have always been my favorite type of jewelry. Whether simple or ostentatious, they always make a statement. And they make my short small fingers look longer and more graceful :)
I happen to own a David Yurman ring, a beautiful peridot (August birthstone) bought at a hugely liquidated price. I fell in love with the simple, classy design and the bright green fire when the jewel caught the light.
My ring is yellow gold with a brighter green jewel, but the design is basically the same.
David Yurman's most beautiful rings have tiny diamonds around the main jewel. They accentuate the main jewel's beauty as well as being gorgeously brilliant in their own right.

With rings in general, I'm more partial to the more delicate styles and thinner bands. The bigger, thicker ones tend to remind me of high school class rings or costume jewelry: fine to wear once in awhile, but nothing worthy for a night at the opera, an art opening, or a fashion show.

While David Yurman creates beautiful rings, above all we recognize him for introducing the world to the cable bracelet, a beautiful and delicate design that's wearable for everyone and can even be appropriate for less elegant events.

Jewelry is a universal accessory that can accentuate any woman's image, no matter her body type or facial features. Always make a statement, darlings.
