As you get older, memories escape you. Some memories, however, are embedded in your head forever. I'd have to say that Cher's (Alicia Silverstone) closet in Clueless is definitely one of those memories that'll never leave me. Cher's closet is every girls dream. With every item of clothing (accessories included) in an itinerary on her computer, the computer lets her know if what she is putting together matches. If Cher doesn't feel like choosing an outfit that day, the computer will choose one for her. Her closet also rotates as if it is at the dry cleaners and stops when it is at the outfit of her choice. I thought for sure that by the time I was Cher's age, I would have this same luxury. Unfortunately, even with our technological progress, this still hasn't happened. While some would argue that it takes away from original style, I think the owner of such a device would have enough style to be able to agree and disagree with a virtual fashion Guru.
After all, every fashionista tends to be a little disorganized ...

As said in the above video, Clueless captures the true essence of all styles '90s in West Coast America. You got the Seattle grunge, the WASP-y preps and of course, the always perfect Cher, Tai and Dionne.
Clueless' fashion designers must have been before their time. Or it could also be that fashion seemingly repeats itself. In Miu Miu's fall 2010 line, the tweed-on-tweed look from Clueless was brought back.
