My Favs So Far!

Awards season is definitely my favorite time of the year.
I basically live for the red carpet.

So far we've gotten to see the Golden Globes, the SAG awards, and the Grammy's.

Now while we wait patiently for the Oscars, i'm going to break down my best dressed looks of each award show.

Angelina Jolie at the Golden Globes

This was not only my favorite look at the Golden Globes but also, in my opinion, the best dressed red carpet look so far this season! Angelina looked absolutely stunning in her emerald Versace gown. Green was a huge trend on the Golden Globe red carpet and I have to say Angelina wore it best. The dress is perfectly fitted for her and the sequins add a hint of flair to the simple design. Her free flowing locks and neutral make-up complement the dress perfect. This is how a starlette should rock the red carpet. She's a real movie star! And it didn't hurt that she had the best accessory of the night as well- Brad Pitt in his matching Versace tux ;)

Heather Morris at the SAG Awards

The Glee star was absolute perfection in this creme bridal inspired Romona Keveza dress. The gown was simplistic but the embroidered bodice gave it a real edge. Heather paired it very well with streamline earrings and a swarovski clutch. The minimal make-up and sleek hair add to the air of femininity of the gown.  She looked fresh faced and star worthy at the SAG Awards.

Jennifer Hudson at the Grammy Awards

The soulful singer showed off her new bod at the Grammy's this year and I must say she looked amazing! Jennifer was practically glowing in this Versace dress and Christian Louboutin strappy sandals. The dress was very funky with geometric sparkling straps and a corseted bodice. It was just the right amount of funk we've come to expect on the Grammy red carpet. The star paired the ensemble with Neil Lane jewels and stick straight hair which gave the right amount of contrast to the over the top dress.

So many great looks to choose from it was hard to just pick these three, but there you have it: my best dressed thus far this award season.
