House of Blueeyes - Party

Party Time!
It was held in Shoerditch and as I have promissed here are some pictures!

A wild event, the collection " Don't be afraid of the darkness within ", was inspired by " vampire girls and classic rock and roll ". A collaboration of designers which makes " The House of Blueeyes ".

Johnny Blueeyes, resources vintage pieces and makes exquisite one off designs as well as printed garments. He is a London based stylist working internationally with bands & performers.

Other collaborating designers amongst a few:
Carol Wiseman: Fine jewellery and accesories.
Fiona Deffenbaugh: Jewellery and accessories.
Victoria Grant: Amazing milliner.
Rob Goodwin: Leather designer.
Lauren Wood: Accesories.

So, the models had to catwalk through the three floors of the venue! Starting from the top floor the models were in a proper catwalk a small part of the venue where was just plain white walls with some few seats, they would then come to the ground floor where they just had to walk through the crowds which had stayed at the bar area... It was just so different and so informal. It rocked!
Pictures now, here the most demure ones!!

London fashion week - final

Hello,

Tuesday just gone it was pretty much the final of the LFW, for us ladies anyway...
Here are the final pictures of the 2 designers which I have enjoyed the most.

TUESDAY:

Mary Katrantzou:

Bold graphics, I really like that charming floaty dress combined with the strong print, cool tee shirts. On the last dress, the visual effect is amazing.

Meadham Kirchhoff:

A collection in neutral colours which was not boring because of the cut of the clothing, the interesting use of the pattern.
Desconstructed shirts and jackets, very inspiring for a bit of DIYing.

London Fashion Week A/W - catch up

Hello,
Here it goes a little catch up of what happened and my favourite designers on LFW last Sunday and Monday.

SUNDAY:

Todd Lynn:

I love the look of those leggings they look almost sewn on! I love the leather cape, overall it was a good collection.

Richard Nicoll:

It's reminds me of the 1920's German film " Metropolis ". Very interesting, I like the use of new materials... The last picture with the gold pants is my favourite look.

Aquascutum:
If you would like to view pictures from Aquascutum backstage... I have taken some amazing ones, click here to view.
The collection was incredible!

Those were the outfits I helped with...click here for backstage pics...

Twenty Eight Twelve:
Sienna and Savanna Miller brand. Here comes again the mini cape and cute little biker jacket. I love the shoes!!

MONDAY:

Julien Macdonald:

In my opinion one of Julien Macdonald's best shows!!! I love the knits and the capri leather skinny. There are other amazing couture dresses, furs...what you would normally expect to see in Julien's catwalk... all at it's best of course.

Louise Goldin:
I just want all of this right now!! LOVE IT!
I can sooo see myself wearing it.

Ps: I am in a very punky leather fase right now... I just managed to buy the harness I so wanted!!
Ps 2: I went to a great party last night held by " The House of Blueeyes" by Johnny Blueeyes, it was wild!!!!
I shall post some pics soon.
See you later!
